Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Animal Reiki appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
 

Paid Appointments

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: You are eligible for a full refund.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: You are eligible for a 50% refund.
   

Complimentary Sessions

Complimentary Animal Reiki sessions are provided at no charge, so no payment or refund applies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a complimentary session, please let me know as soon as possible so the appointment time can be made available to another animal.
 

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment time, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Please contact me to discuss any changes made with less than 24 hours' notice.
